Straight A Training

Straight A Training is an independent, nationwide apprenticeship training provider that has been delivering training since 1999. They are rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted (2025), with Outstanding recognition for behaviours and attitudes, and work with employers of all sizes, from high-profile market leaders to start-ups and small businesses. The organisation specialises in apprenticeships across sectors including Facilities Management, Hospitality and Catering, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Leadership and Management, Marketing, Retail and Safeguarding. Apprenticeship standards are delivered at multiple levels, with programmes designed around the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by each occupation. Straight A Training supports employers by using their in-depth funding knowledge and partner network to identify learning needs and provide cost-effective, funded or bespoke training solutions. Learners receive one-to-one tutor support throughout their apprenticeship, from initial contact through to achieving a full qualification, with all learning aligned to workplace roles and progression. The provider also offers a wide range of bespoke courses tailored to employer requirements, and helps individuals access apprenticeship vacancies and qualifications through employer partnerships.
