About
KYP Training
KYP Training is a levy-approved apprenticeship training provider specialising in care sector apprenticeships across the UK, with a particular focus on children and young persons (CYP), health and social care (HSC) and dementia care. The organisation positions itself as a recognised market leader in the delivery of Health and Social Care (HSC) and Children and Young Persons (CYP) apprenticeship training for care homes, offering programmes for both adult and young people’s services. Its apprenticeship provision includes Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care standards aimed at employees working in a wide range of care settings, as well as a Level 5 ‘Leader in Care’ qualification designed for managers, deputy managers and senior team leaders in residential, day and domiciliary services. These work-based programmes are described as nationally recognised, enabling staff to develop sector-specific knowledge, apply theory to practice and build soft skills while demonstrating professionalism. KYP Training also supports employers and workplace assessors with guidance and training on assessment processes, evidence of learning and flexible assessment arrangements so that apprenticeships can be effectively integrated into different care environments.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
