Azesta

We have been collaborating with Azesta since 2022, when we launched our first Graduate Programme. I am pleased to say that it was a tremendous success, leading us to continue with two additional cohorts. We are now preparing to embark on our fourth.    Shirley and her team have been outstanding, providing exceptional support to everyone involved, including the delegates, managers, and mentors. Their communication is consistently clear and timely, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.    The training and study days for our graduates have been highly effective, engaging participants with interactive team activities that enhance the learning experience. We receive regular, detailed feedback from the trainers on each graduate's development and progress with their assignments, which has been invaluable.    Our first cohort is now completing their End-Point Assessments, and we are confident they will excel. Over the past two years, they have grown significantly and have all successfully transitioned into permanent roles within Fresca.
