RKMS

RKMS is a family-owned training and consultancy organisation established in 1994 that provides cost-effective training and compliance solutions to support business improvement. The company works with organisations of all sizes across multiple sectors, helping them implement management systems, achieve certification, up-skill their workforce and reduce costs. RKMS is approved on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers and delivers its lean management Accelerate programme as funded apprenticeships, with pathways including Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative, Level 3 Improvement Technician and Level 4 Improvement Practitioner. These apprenticeships combine workshops, workbooks, e-learning and workplace improvement projects, and include functional skills in English and maths plus a Level 2 health and safety course. In addition to apprenticeships, RKMS offers accredited onsite and offsite training in health and safety, first aid, fire safety, food safety and auditing, alongside a wide range of RoSPA and CPD-approved online courses. The organisation also provides consultancy covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and other standards, as well as health and safety, fire safety and HR support, and offers cloud-based compliance tools such as issosmart and Primary Risk Manager to streamline management systems and fire risk assessments.
