Brighter Horizons is a specialist apprenticeship and training provider focusing on Early Years, Adult Health & Social Care, Business Administration, and leadership. The organisation delivers structured apprenticeship programmes such as Adult Care Worker (Level 2), Lead Adult Care Worker (Level 3), Lead Practitioner and Leader in Adult Care (Levels 4–5), as well as Early Years Practitioner (Level 2), Early Years Educator (Level 3), Early Years Lead Practitioner (Level 5), and Level 3 Business Administration and Team Leader/Supervisor standards. Their programmes are designed to help employees translate theory into practice, with teaching and assessment delivered by tutors who have frontline experience as healthcare leaders, clinicians, nursery owners and Ofsted inspectors. In addition to apprenticeships, Brighter Horizons offers a portfolio of commercial Diplomas in Early Years and Adult Care from Levels 2–5, and a range of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses including CAVA for Early Years and Adult Social Care, SENCo in Early Years, Adult Social Care Certificate, Mental Health First Aider, Ofsted preparation and general CPD. Based in West Sussex, they support learners and employers across England through workplace and online delivery, with additional learning support available and a focus on customised learning paths to meet different needs and learning styles.
