About
Mercury Training
Mercury Training provides fully funded apprenticeships and sector-specific training across England, with a focus on facilities management, security, retail, customer service, call centres, NHS, government and construction. Established in 2005, the organisation works in partnership with employers to deliver high-quality, funded apprenticeship and training services that align with workforce needs. Their apprenticeship offer covers roles in facilities and security, including Security & Facilities Apprenticeships, and is aimed at both apprenticeship levy and non-levy employers. In addition to apprenticeships, Mercury Training offers a range of accredited and mandatory industry courses, such as Security SIA training, CCTV (SIA), health and safety, and first aid, along with other tailored courses developed in collaboration with local employers. Some programmes can be completed at home or in the workplace via their online training academy, with both funded and non-funded options available. Mercury Training also provides broader development, consultancy and leadership and personal development qualifications for private and public sector clients, and emphasises close employer engagement to ensure every qualification is delivered to a high standard and supports successful careers.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
