About
Hull Training and Adult Education
Hull Training and Adult Education is a Hull City Council service providing apprenticeship and adult learning across five training centres in the city, supporting over 3,000 learners each year. The service offers hundreds of specialist apprenticeships and training courses designed for people of all ages and abilities, with programmes that support returning to learning, getting back into work, building confidence or developing new skills. All teaching staff are subject specialists and focus on delivering high-quality, flexible education and training that is responsive to local business, learner and community needs. Hull Training and Adult Education’s mission is to be the provider of choice for learners and employers in Hull and the surrounding area, and its vision emphasises contributing to economic regeneration and social cohesion by helping to create a well‑qualified, skilled workforce and a culture of lifelong learning. The service works in partnership with community and voluntary organisations, schools, other providers and local businesses to support progression, improve skills and confidence for life and work, and contribute to wider community projects through fundraising and community programmes.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
