Fareport Training is an Ofsted ‘Good’ work‑based training provider offering industry-focused programmes for both employers and learners. From its base in Hampshire, the organisation delivers government-funded apprenticeships that combine workplace learning with structured coaching to build practical skills and recognised qualifications across sectors including business and professional services, commercial and supply chain, health and social care, leadership and management, marketing, and people and culture. Fareport also provides Department for Education-funded Skills Bootcamps in areas such as data analysis, digital marketing, cyber security, retail, teaching assistant and leadership and management, designed as intensive short courses to rapidly upskill employees, the self-employed and jobseekers in key industries. In addition, they offer Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs) at Levels 4 and 5 and a range of commercial courses, giving employers flexible options to develop their workforce and individuals routes to advanced, career-focused learning. Training is delivered flexibly, with options for workplace, online or blended study, and Fareport supports both levy-paying and non-levy employers to access apprenticeship and other government funding to make training cost-effective.
