About
Ace Training
ACE Training is a specialist construction training centre based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, operating as a not-for-profit organisation focused on growth, innovation and equal opportunity within the construction industry. They deliver traditional construction courses, apprenticeships and pre-apprenticeships in a practical, supportive environment, with programmes designed to prepare learners for real-world site conditions. Their apprenticeship offer combines four days per week on-site employment with one day per week at the training centre, and covers trades such as bricklaying, site carpentry, bench joinery and property maintenance. ACE Training also provides pre-apprenticeship programmes, introductory and part-time courses, functional skills in English, maths and digital skills, as well as school and sustained study programmes. The centre emphasises flexible, roll-on/roll-off starts and tailored timetables to support both employers and learners. Alongside technical training, ACE offers support into employment by connecting learners with local employers and assisting with job applications and interview preparation. The organisation promotes an inclusive learning environment with a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination and a strong focus on sustainability, encouraging learners to engage in community and waste-reduction initiatives.
Apprenticeships Offered:
Apprenticeship standards detail what an apprentice will be doing in their day-to-day job role.
Each standard lists the skills required of apprentices, and every standard is written by a group of employers called trailblazers-experts within their industry that have worked with countless apprentices.
Listed here are the apprenticeship standards this training provider offers training for.
